Terms and Conditions
- Nature of Services
- Kamp Academic Coaching is not a school. We provide educational support and tutorial services to homeschool students who are enrolled in a virtual instruction program.
- Enrollment and Cancellation Policy for Accelerate Online Academy (AOA)
- For students enrolled in Accelerate Online Academy (AOA) through Kamp Academic Coaching, a $2500 cancellation fee will be charged to cover the cost of enrollment with AOA if you choose to discontinue the instructional coaching services..
- Enrollment and Cancellation Policy for Other Online Virtual Courses
- For students enrolled in other online virtual courses, if you wish to withdraw from the instructional coaching services, no refunds will be issued, and termination of services will be effective immediately.
- Program Structure
- This is a synchronous program. Students will move at their own pace; however, it is encouraged that students stay on the suggested academic track.
- Minimum Enrollment Period for AOA Students
- Accounts enrolled in AOA through Kamp Academic Coaching are required to be enrolled for a minimum of 24 weeks, even if the student completes courses ahead of the 24-week schedule within the 36-week academic period.
- Payment Policy for Non-AOA Students
- Students not enrolled in AOA can complete their courses ahead of the 36-week schedule. These students will only be charged for the weeks in which the instructional coaching services were rendered.
- Agreement to Terms
- By enrolling in Kamp Academic Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Modifications
- Kamp Academic Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled clients.

Payment of ServicesStep Up for Students Scholarship Recipients
1. Commitment Period: Students awarded the Step Up for Students Scholarship must agree to reserve a minimum of 24 weeks and up to 35 weeks of instructional coaching in the Step Up For Students Marketplace.
2. Cost: The cost for the instructional coaching services is $230 per week.
3. Payment: Payment for the reserved weeks will be processed through the Step Up For Students Marketplace to Kamp Academic Coaching.
Non-Scholarship Students
1. Payment Obligation: Students who are not awarded funds from the Step Up for Students Scholarship must agree to pay $230 per week for the duration of their coaching during the academic school year.
2. Payment Method: Payments must be made via ACH (Automated Clearing House) or credit card.
3. Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed on a weekly basis for the duration of the instructional coaching period agreed upon at the time of registration.
General Conditions
1. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in the suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.
2. Cancellation Policy: For information on cancellation fees and policies, please refer to our cancellation terms and conditions.
3. Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed within 30 days of the payment date. Disputes should be directed to Typhani Ali at typhani@kampacademiccoaching.com.
4. Service Continuation: Continuation of services is contingent upon timely payments as outlined in these terms and conditions.
